Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving the package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We currently do not have a return system in place for orders shipped outside of India but we will provide you with a free replacement in case there is an issue with the merch received. 

Exchanges/Replacements

We highly recommend you go through the size chart before placing an order. Please measure and compare your clothing with our size chart to avoid issues. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and validated, we will ship you the asked item.

We only initiate exchange in case the size is smaller and does not fit you or you have been sent something you did not order. Only for orders shipped to India. Replacement requests can only be made within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original condition with all brand tags intact. If in case the merch is not how it was originally sent, you will not receive a replacement.

Refunds

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective we cannot process a refund. Every wylln bundle is packaged with love and care so that such things never happen.
